Designing clarity into every project

Lessons

From spreadsheets to a single source of truth

About the practice

Studio Bosko is a Berlin-based interior design and architecture practice. Kasia Kronberger and her team run complex renovations and new builds - projects where construction, joinery, interior finishing, and furnishing happen in parallel, across multiple active jobs at once. The work is detailed, materially specific, and delivered to clients who expect both quality and a clear picture of where their project stands.

The issue

Spreadsheets weren’t built for this

Managing multiple complex renovations through spreadsheets means constant version drift. Visuals live somewhere other than the spec. Client approvals happen over email threads that are already out of date. Options under consideration - two sofas, three rugs, a shortlist of ovens - have nowhere to live except a separate document that nobody keeps updated. For a studio running four active projects simultaneously, the gap between what’s been decided and what’s been documented is a real operational risk.

Studio Bosko

The fix

Structure that matches how the work actually runs

Programa gave Studio Bosko a single place to run every project from sourcing to handover. Schedules are structured by room or budget category, with every line carrying dimensions, lead times, finish specs, and supplier. The Web Clipper and Add from URL pull product data directly from supplier websites into the Schedule - image, name, pricing, source URL - keeping the gap between finding and specifying as small as possible.

De-clutter your Selections

Archive your options

Options sit 'Archived' in Schedules, until a decision is made. A rejected oven stays on record. An approved floor finish moves straight into procurement. The Product Detail Tray holds the full specification for every custom or technical item - downloadable as a PDF, accessible to subcontractors on site.

For Clients

A client dashboard that works for busy people

The Client Dashboard gives clients a curated view: product images by room, a ‘Feedback required’ badge on anything waiting for a decision, and an Approval & Feedback tab where they can review, reject, or approve selections - with the cost of every decision visible before they make it. Sensitive data stays internal.

Tracking tasks from to-do to done

Project management for the full renovation lifecycle

Project Management tracks the full renovation lifecycle: walkthroughs, install days, punch list, renovation handover. Time Tracking logs every working hour, building the evidence base that informs how the studio prices future work.

The result

Less improvisation. More time to design.

Studio Bosko now runs multiple complex projects simultaneously without version drift, lost approvals, or budget conversations that happen too late. Every decision is traceable. Every client knows where their project stands. The whole process - from the first product sourced to the final hour logged - runs through one system.
