GWDI is a boutique interior design studio founded by three Hispanic women in Miami - Jennifer Cabrera, Yaileen Obregon, and Daniela Purrinos. Our team believes in honoring the past while creating interiors that feel unexpected and deeply personal.

Stone Manor was a full renovation and new-build addition in Southwest Ranches for a family who wanted to start with a blank slate design, creating a home that reflected the life they envisioned together. The client dreamed of a French countryside escape: a home filled with natural stone, rustic wood, and light streaming through every window. She imagined homeschooling her children, baking baguettes in a grand kitchen, and raising animals on their land. Her husband leaned toward something more polished. GWDI's role was to blend their worlds - honoring the romantic, pastoral vision while weaving in refined craftsmanship through marble, aged brass, and millwork.

Between the limestone-clad walls, marble fireplaces, and custom millwork, there were endless moving parts. Programa became their best resource throughout that process, allowing the team to stay creative while managing all the logistics. Every spec, invoice, and schedule lived in one place, which meant they could focus on designing. That balance is what allowed the home to feel so intentional from start to finish.

The GWDI team uses Programa daily - relying on it to orchestrate every moving piece. The team used Pinboards to curate material palettes - arranging limestone, marble, and aged brass samples side-by-side to ensure visual cohesion before committing to purchases. Specifications kept custom millwork specs precise and contractor-ready, eliminating costly miscommunications on built-ins and cabinetry details. Live Schedules became their roadmap for coordinating overlapping trades - mapping when materials needed to arrive and installations could begin across the renovation and new-build addition. Most critically, linking Purchase Orders directly to Invoices gave both the GWDI team and their clients real-time budget visibility, turning what's typically a stressful conversation into a transparent, collaborative process.

The result: logistics that ran smoothly in the background while the design team focused on storytelling.
