For Sydney-based interior designer Linda Habak, the work has always been about two things: listening and craft. Studio LHD’s philosophy is built on understanding who a client is, how they live, and how a home can quietly reflect a life well lived. Every project is shaped by narrative - family, travel, collected objects - and brought to life with Linda’s sharp eye for detail and deep respect for architecture, whether new or heritage.

Schedules & Specifications: Every FF&E decision is captured in a live schedule—dimensions, finishes, materials, pricing, supplier details. No spreadsheets buried in folders. No version confusion. Everything accessible from one place.
Client Dashboard: Clients can see exactly where things are up to—approved items, pending decisions, budgets, procurement notes—without Linda having to send a dozen PDFs.
Moodboards / Pinboards: Concept direction, material palettes, lighting studies and furniture schemes are all shared visually, giving clients a clear sense of how their home is taking shape.

A practice built on process (and trust)

1. Listen

Every new project begins with time spent understanding the client—how they live, what they value, what they want from their home. After defining scope and budget, Linda creates the foundation for the project direction. Programa tools used: Early mood boards, initial schedules for fixture requirements, shared dashboard setup.

2. Think

This is where the heavy lifting happens. Spatial planning, selections, joinery documentation, fittings and fixtures, furniture sourcing, 2D and 3D design. Programa tools used: Full schedules for joinery, lighting, plumbing, furniture; Web Clipper for rapid sourcing; Financial tab for budget clarity.

3. Create

Construction begins. Linda supports both builder and client, coordinates deliveries, manages changes, and prepares the home for handover. Programa tools used: Live schedule updates, client approvals, procurement and progress tracking, shared links to ensure trades always have the latest information.
