Start by presenting your vision to the client with reference imagery, inspiration, and early product ideas. As the design evolves, build on that same file by uploading floor plans and pinning renderings to specific rooms, giving clients clearer visual context around the space and how everything connects together.
As the project moves into documentation and specification, Presentations becomes more detailed alongside it. Add products directly from your Schedule so clients can explore specifications, finishes, and selections without switching between disconnected files or spreadsheets.
When construction begins, generate a QR code for contractors on site that links directly to the live Presentation. Elevations, technical drawings, floor plans, and reference imagery stay connected and accessible exactly where they’re needed.

Log in to Programa and open any Project. Head to Files from the new project sidebar, and select Create File → Presentation to get started.
