Rich colors, original mosaic marble floors and a restored skylight create a setting both theatrical and intimate - a lush, layered experience where elevated dining meets architectural heritage.

Islyn Studio - Now Now Shortlist
Set in downtown Manhattan, Now Now Hotel reimagines the boutique hostel as a sanctuary for solo travelers seeking connection and solitude. Inspired by European train cabins and Japanese capsule hotels, 180 micro-suites embrace minimalist footprints with luxurious detail - rich earth tones, textured glass and custom-built furniture blur the line between dream and waking life.
BVN - Sirius Shortlist
Recognised for the Sirius building redevelopment in Sydney, BVN’s copper-clad extensions respect the original 1970s brutalist structure while delivering 75 new apartments. With teams across Sydney, Brisbane, New York, and London, BVN manages complexity through integrated systems that keep projects aligned across continents.
BVN primarily use us for Finishes, FF&E, Door, Electrical and Lighting Schedules, along with cross communicating with other project stakeholders to assure project success and delivery.
Perkins&Will - Acciona Campus Longlist
In Madrid, Acciona Campus by Perkins&Will spans three buildings across a 10-hectare site - a workplace designed around well-being, connection, and environmental performance. Coworking areas, event spaces, and everyday amenities are unified through disciplined material selection and intuitive circulation, creating a workplace that fosters collaboration and community.

Akin Atelier - Rochester Office Longlist
Working with Allied_Office, Second Edition, and Dangar Barin Smith, Akin Atelier contributed to the Rochester Street Office in Sydney. The project highlights how transparent project information allows multiple practices to collaborate seamlessly on shared outcomes.
Akin Atelier uses Programa to structure and manage every component of their project documentation. Each project template includes a full suite of schedules - from architecture and finishes through joinery, lighting, furniture, and equipment - ensuring consistency and clarity across teams and consultants.
By standardising these templates within Programa, the studio maintains control over specification detail, coordination, and project delivery across all active projects.
Alexander & Co - A&Co Workshop Longlist
A&Co Workshop reimagines a two-storey terrace in Sydney’s east as a hybrid workspace, gallery, and testing ground for material exploration. Designed as a “gallery of prototypes,” the space brings together reclaimed materials, experimental detailing, and collaborative craftsmanship - an evolving extension of the studio’s adjacent Alexander House.

YSG x Bankston - The Streaks Longlist
Unveiled at 3 Days of Design in Copenhagen, The Streaks Collection marks a spirited collaboration between YSG and Bankston. Crafted from FSC-certified timbers and bronze, the series reimagines architectural hardware as sculptural expression - each handle, pull, and lever alive with contrast, tactility, and personality.

In Brompton, Adelaide, Studio Gram Office transforms a former mechanic workshop into a tactile, adaptable workspace that embodies the studio’s ethos of material honesty and creative openness. Concrete blockwork, steel, and locally sourced timber form a restrained yet expressive foundation for a studio built to evolve - hosting exhibitions, talks, and in-residence creatives within its flexible layout.

Cera Stribley - Harvest House Longlist
Cera Stribley's Harvest House redefines the Australian home as a dialogue between shelter and landscape. Architect Chris Stribley's own residence in Flemington dissolves boundaries through interconnected garden pods and open thresholds - honouring a historic weatherboard cottage while embracing light, planting, and seasonal change.
The project reinterprets the quarter-acre ideal with compact, permeable architecture where living happens as much within the garden as within walls. Natural materials, thoughtful thresholds, and a deep understanding of how homes shape daily life transform the everyday into something extraordinary.

Designed for a family of collectors, the project merges Belgian restraint with a layered, expressive sensibility. GOLDEN’s interiors translate two distinct client visions into one cohesive environment - balancing precision, warmth, and material clarity.
Stone, steel, and light form the home’s spatial rhythm, while carefully curated furniture and artworks animate the calm geometry of each pavilion. The result is a residence that feels both deliberate and lived-in — a study in how contrast, when disciplined, can produce harmony.

Edwards White Architects - Te Ara Pekapeka Longlist
Edwards White Architects' Te Ara Pekapeka weaves culture, history, and function across the Waikato River in Hamilton, New Zealand. More than infrastructure, the project is a cultural and environmental tribute - a 200-metre weathering steel bridge that connects the city to new development while honouring indigenous narratives through contemporary design.
Alongside Te Ara Pekapeka, the 70-metre Taurapa pedestrian bridge maintains the continuity of the Waikato Te Awa River Trail. Together, they create landmarks born from deep collaboration - structures that invite all who cross to experience the beauty and spirit of Hamilton/Kirikiriroa, bridging past and future, tradition and innovation.
