Room quantities. Project totals.
Eight downlights in the kitchen, four in the hallway, twelve in the living room, four in the study and six in the bedroom. Programa adds them up to thirty-four.
- Change one room's quantity and the total updates, while the other allocations stay put
- Know what each space needs without reconciling separate Schedules.
One change, wherever it belongs.
A finish changes or a supplier updates the unit price. Edit the shared product once and its details update wherever it appears in the project. Each room keeps its own quantity, without a separate specification that might still contain the old information.
Focus on a room. See the whole project.
Group products under room headings to review the design space by space, or filter to one location for a closer look. Combine it with a category filter to check just that room's lighting or furniture. Save the grouping and filters as a named Schedule View without creating another set of products.
Custom pieces keep their parts.
A custom bed may include upholstery fabric, a timber frame and hardware. Assign the finished bed to each bedroom and see the component quantities required for that room. Keep the complete piece, its parts and their locations connected without allocating every component to every room again.

"Schedules are the star of the software. They make our lives easier and make communication with clients easier. They appreciate that clarity."

"Programa is very useful, particularly in our larger projects, where a lot of information must be given to the contractor and various vendors."

"I send a link to a client and they literally have to go in and just say, approve, approve, approve. We don't like that. Can we change that?"
