Exclusive Partnership: CULT Welcomes the Fritz Hansen Skagerak Collection to Australia & New Zealand.
Skagerak is a collection of furniture and accessories designed for both outdoors and indoors that joined the Fritz Hansen family in early 2022. Following a series of global launches from Copenhagen to Japan, Cult welcomes the Fritz Hansen Skagerak Collection to Australia and New Zealand with a series of botanical events.
In early 2022, Skagerak was acquired by Fritz Hansen, bringing two pioneering Danish furniture design brands together as one company. Skagerak is an international design company founded in 1976 in Denmark. By welcoming the Skagerak Collection into the family, Fritz Hansen brings the best of Danish design to every part of life, indoors and outdoors.
The Skagerak Collection is an environmentally conscious furniture collection crafted primarily with FSCTM-certified teak and oak, continuously striving for a more positive impact on our world. Each piece is made with honest, durable materials that age beautifully. Co-created with renowned architects and designers, the Skagerak Collection elevates modern living indoors and outdoors while expressing the Nordic connection between nature and design.

Skagerak was an international design company founded in 1976 in Denmark. It is known for high-quality indoor and outdoor furniture that inspires customers to live well and think long- term. Currently, 93% of the products are made from FSC-certified wood. By offering products that are created with the environment in mind from the process of design to delivery, and services including the collection of no longer needed furniture and rentals (available only in Europe currently), the Skagerak Collection takes responsibility for its creations at heart and has established a sustainable way of business.
