Schedules

Our updated Schedules feature enhances financial transparency and control within your project workflows.

  • New 'Tax' field to display tax amounts at the Line Item level.
  • Toggle Tax on or off per item.
  • Detailed tax breakdown for items with multiple taxes.
  • Adjusted Client Price and Net Profit in Schedules to include tax calculations.

 

Quickbooks integration

Connect and synchronize your Programa with QuickBooks to streamline your financial operations and enhance data accuracy.

  • Sign in and connect your QuickBooks account directly through Programa.
  • Manage QuickBooks invoices directly from Programa: create, update, and delete.

Plus, enjoy more dynamic attachments, allowing you to link documents directly to tasks, add labels, assign team members, and track time seamlessly.

Our tax management capabilities have received a substantial boost, simplifying your financial processes and ensuring compliance. With centralized tax management features, you can effortlessly set and manage global tax rates, enhancing invoicing accuracy and efficiency. Take advantage of enhanced invoicing options, including tax settings per line item and overall invoice tax implications, as well as the ability to set default tax rates for all projects.

In the schedules department, we're introducing new features to enhance financial transparency and control within your project workflows.
