The purpose of this feature is to facilitate valuable client feedback into the design process. By providing a dedicated platform for clients to review and approve or reject products, the feature aims to ensure that their preferences and opinions are effectively captured and integrated.
Main Benefits of Product Approvals:
- Streamlined Review Processes: Within the client dashboard, clients will find a schedule with a notification icon indicating the products that require their attention. By clicking on the schedule, they can access the dedicated Approvals & Feedback tab for review.
- Approve or Reject with Ease: Clients have the flexibility to review products either from the summary view or the detailed product view. In the summary view, they can quickly scan through the list of products, make individual approval or rejection decisions, and provide comments or feedback in the provided comment box.
- Easy Access to the Client Dashboard: Once you notify your clients about the pending product reviews, they can access their client dashboard by clicking on the provided schedule link in the email notification.
- Detailed Product Examination: Clients can also dive into the product details view, where they can review specifications and further information. From there, they can approve or reject the product with a single click and provide specific feedback in the comment box.
- Efficient Bulk Actions: To expedite the review process further, clients have the option to bulk approve or reject products. With a simple click on the “Approve All” or “Reject All” button, they can efficiently handle multiple items at once.
