How were you practicing before Programa?

We were using ESTIPC, an outdated software that essentially functioned as a basic Excel spreadsheet. It lacked the capability to display images alongside item descriptions and offered no options for client interactions. This led to administrative inefficiencies and frequent double-handling of data, increasing the risk of errors. Additionally, the graphical output did not align with our brand image.

Describe the impact of Programa on project management, workflow, and client relationships. What are some examples?

Programa has significantly enhanced our project management efficiency, particularly in scheduling and procurement. It stores all project specifications, accessible from anywhere, ensuring seamless coordination. The product library has streamlined our approach with the RIXO stores, enabling us to manage their core products across different projects and drastically reducing the time required.

The client dashboard has been invaluable, allowing us to present multiple options, such as furniture pieces, for client approval at their convenience, eliminating the need for constant meetings. The procurement tab has been a lifesaver, providing an overview of the various stages of production and deliveries across multiple projects. I check it every morning to ensure everything is on track and avoid delays.
