At Programa, we aim to make invoicing and client collaboration effortless for interior designers and architects. Our latest update introduces Shared Invoices to the Client Dashboard, bringing all project-related financial documents together for a unified and transparent view.

Previously, invoices generated through Programa were sent via email, requiring clients to manage payments across multiple channels. Now, with the new update, clients still receive an email notification automatically when their email is added through the “Share” option in the “Invoices” section.

Additionally, this email provides a direct link to a newly designated “Invoices” section in the Client Dashboard, where clients can easily track, preview, download, and pay invoices in one centralized location.

Share Invoices to Your Client Dashboard: Get Paid Faster and Streamline Invoicing

Programa is committed to simplifying invoicing and client collaboration for interior designers and architects. Our latest update introduces a powerful improvement to the Client Dashboard—Shared Invoices. This feature centralizes project-related invoicing, providing both designers and clients with a clear, organized view of financial documents all in one place.

The Problem: Disconnected Invoicing

Previously, invoices generated through Programa were sent via email, requiring clients to track payments across different channels. Now, not only do clients receive an email notification when invoices are shared, but they can also view and manage all invoices within the Client Dashboard. This ensures a more streamlined process and better communication.

The Solution: Centralized Invoicing in the Client Dashboard

With the new Shared Invoices feature, all project invoices are consolidated in the Client Dashboard, alongside schedules and other project files. This update provides a unified approach to managing payments, making it simple for clients to stay informed and up-to-date.
