Programa for Designers

  • Tweaks, small fixes and improvements to new Project Management interface.
  • NEW in Project Management - ability to drag and drop and reorder phases within a Project (in the sidenav).
  • Project Management - Notification email to user when assigned a task.
  • Fixed issue with products disappearing after bulk actions
  • Improved project export - task comments are now removed to simplify the exported data
  • Product search results are now paginated for new functionality in Schedules coming soon.
  • Fixed an issue that caused errors when reactivating subscriptions.
  • Fix for truncated project names to prevent the project phases panel data from overlapping.

  • New Search interface in Trade Portal (coming soon)
  • Improved sync functionality

  • Work on a new exciting integration for Designers (coming soon)
  • Decommissioning of old project Boards and limiting functionality to avoid conflicts and a confusing experience.
  • Work on the Time Entries new coat of paint.
  • Added ability for Demo projects to maintain Project Management elements with relevant due dates when added to a Studio
  • Tweaks and improvements to the timeline view based off feedback from Designers.
  • NEW Studio view in sidenav - ability to see all your tasks in a Board, List or Timeline view, across all your projects.

  • Ability for the platform to handle situation where product RRP price is nil.
  • Search results loading state
  • Improvements to Product Import process

  • Tweaks and improvements to new Project Management list view based on design review
  • Improved reliability of demo project tests by allowing for small time differences
  • Project exports now exclude task comments for better reliability

Programa for Designers

  • Time entries for new Project Management - ability to start and stop timers from within Tasks in the new Project Management tab. This will sync to the existing Time Entries page, which has had a visual refresh.
  • You can now simply press 'Enter' to move to the next subtask within a Task.
  • Fixes to Tasks positioning
  • Fix to enforce valid due date for invoices so that it doesn't get stuck when draft Invoices tick over today's date into the past.
  • Exporting a Project now includes new Project Management Tasks and Phases
  • Project Management overdue task date indicator
  • Work on Programa Product AI (coming soon)
  • Fix for handling of orphaned time entries in new Project Management
  • Fix to not include archived item amounts in tax calculations

 

Programa for Brands

  • Work on new Product details page
  • Based off your feedback, the default Lead digest frequency has been changed to 'weekly'.
  • Brand Profile product card price logic
  • Exciting work on new search functionality
  • Fix for handling edge case on Brand Profile where deleting a brand with products orphaned the sub-brand and made the Profile page error out.
  • Ensuring the 'Featured Brand' card on new Brand Directory correctly falls back on product images when the Sub-brand is missing a banner.
  • Work on new 'Collections' feature (coming soon)

  • Fix for totals in Schedule PDF Export not reflecting the disabled markup

Programa for Designers

  • Fixed the issue with the 'Send Quote' button in Product Library which was resulting in an error when sending a Quote.
  • Ability for Programa to reinstate deleted schedules in the backend.

 

Programa for Brands

  • Updated styles for sales team cards in Brand Profile
  • Updated navigation on 'get started' email to Onboarding unless approved.
  • Removed the old Brands page (redundant and duplicative page) and replaced it with access to the Brand Profile.
  • Fixed unexpected redirect to page 1 of Leads each time
  • Visual changes and tweaks to new Brands Directory page, such as display card treatment for featured Brands.
  • Fix for unexpectedly detaching/orphaning sub-brands when users removed a Brand from their workspace, resulting in an error.

  • Ability for Programa platform admins to reinstate schedules from the backend.
  • In Pinboards, 'Navigate to archived attachments" button now appears without needing to refresh the page after an attachment is archived.
  • Fix for Stripe tax mismatch issue.
  • Cleanup of Designer signup flow
