Programa for Designers

  • Continued work on Invoicing refresh
  • Enhanced security feature implementation - OTP (one time password, using email) is now required after 2 simultaneous logins.
  • Coming Soon - New Studio view for Project Management - providing a complete view of all your Tasks, timelines, phases and deadlines for all your projects across your studio.
  • Fix for PDF Export of selected products in Schedules and the financial totals not totalling correctly. Thanks to Courtney from Studio Smiths and Katie from Spatial Studio for picking up on this!
  • Fix for issue where selecting QuickBooks tax rates with no tax values while creating an invoice caused an error.
  • More graceful error handling for when an error occurs when trying to save an invoice with invalid tax Inclusive line item amounts.

  • Visual improvements to in platform Brands Plans page
  • CSV import fixes and better support for variant images

  • NEW ability to change Project and Phases dates by dragging in Timeline view (coming soon)
  • Fix for QuickBooks Settings page which was failing if no QuickBooks rates were set.

  • NEW - Ability to sync QuickBooks Tax Rates with new sync button under QuickBooks settings. Go to Settings -> Invoices tab -> QuickBooks Settings -> 'Resync tax rates with QuickBooks'
  • NEW - Refresh to the Open and Sent Invoice pages.
  • Updated security and access controls.

  • Updated infrastructure to support new Brands work
  • Work on new Brands Directory
  • Work on Collections in Trade Portal (coming soon)
  • Fix for products on grandfathered accounts re-subscribing.
