What countries does Programa support? 

Interior designers and architects from around the world use Programa, with support metric and imperial measurements.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes – we can import your existing schedules and specifications, as well as contacts such as suppliers.

Can I add my branding to the platform? 

Yes – simply add your studio’s logo into your account settings, and it will be shown across the platform as well as on the cover page of your fully branded schedule export.

How many projects can I add to my account?

As many as you wish. We do not want to cap your creative and professional potential, that’s why we allow you to add unlimited projects to your account.

How does Programa keep my data safe?

Programa utilises best-in-class AWS (Amazon Web Services) to host and protect your studio’s data. All data on Programa’s AWS servers is automatically encrypted at the physical layer before it leaves our secured facilities. Regular reviews on data security are performed by third party AWS architects.

Only you and members of your team you invite will ever have access to your studio’s projects, IP and data. In the event Programa support need access to your data they can only view it with your express permission.

Does my team have access to all projects?

By default, your team does not have access to a project until you assign them to it. Once they have been assigned to a project, admins have full access to all information including schedule markups, and team members have access to all information excluding schedule markups.

Can I only add products from the Programa Trade Portal to my schedule?

No – you can upload any custom product you like from any brand or supplier either manually or with the Programa Webclipper. However our Trade Portal contains thousands of products from hundreds of suppliers, and is the quickest way to add items to you schedule.

Can I add a trade price and markups to my schedule?

Yes – In the schedule financial view you can add trade prices and discounts. You can also switch on the markup tool which allows you to calculate your markup, client discount and profit per item. Live Shared Schedules do not

Can I export my schedule?

Yes – you can export your schedule to PDF and excel, as well as Programa’s always up-to-date Shared Schedule view.

Can I save products added to my schedule for future use?

Yes – you can copy items in your schedule to your own Product Library. All product information stored in your library can be added to a new schedule with just a few clicks.

Can I create custom specifications for products? 

Yes – Programa supports custom specifications across all of our tools.
