A little over a year ago, we launched Programa 2.0 to revolutionize the way designers manage their projects and specify products. Today, we’re proud to see our vision becoming a reality, with almost 1,000 designers in 30 countries relying on Programa as their go-to solution.
With intuitive tools and powerful features, designers can now manage their projects and specify products with ease – and in 2022, designers specified almost $400,000,000 of products with Programa.
At Programa, we’re on a mission to simplify and streamline the global architecture and interior design industry. Our platform will streamline every aspect of a project, from managing projects to procuring products, unlocking efficiency gains that allow designers and brands to accomplish more with less effort.
Last year, we released dozens of new features to help designers manage their workflow and get more done with less effort. We shipped hundreds of improvements across our platform, making Programa 2.0 faster, more powerful, and easier to use.
We introduced the first generation of our invoicing tool, offering an easy-to-use solution for creating and sending invoices directly from your Schedules. Our integration with Xero further streamlined the invoicing process. Our Schedules feature received a major upgrade, with improved speed, power, and ease of use. And, with the introduction of our Procurement tool, keeping track of payments, deliveries, quotes, and orders has never been easier.
International users also benefited from our upgrades, with the introduction of new currencies, imperial measurements, and other key improvements. All of these upgrades are a direct result of your feedback and support, and we’re grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of designers around the world.

No more copying and pasting into other tools, with Programa you’ll be able to prepare and send a purchase order in less time than it would take to log into Xero. Plus, you’ll be able to send reminders and see when your purchase order was opened by suppliers.

Unleash the full potential of client collaboration with Programa’s world-first Client Dashboard. In March and April, we’ll embark on a new journey of enhancements, including advanced support for multiple currencies, incorporating tax calculation within Schedules, upgrading our Quote Requests, and introducing more sophisticated sharing permissions for Schedules and beyond.
