Introducing Product Approvals, an exciting new feature engineered to streamline designer-client collaboration.
The purpose of this feature is to facilitate valuable client feedback into the design process. By providing a dedicated platform for clients to review and approve or reject products, the feature aims to ensure that their preferences and opinions are effectively captured and integrated.
Main Benefits of Product Approvals:
- Streamlined Review Processes: Within the client dashboard, clients will find a schedule with a notification icon indicating the products that require their attention. By clicking on the schedule, they can access the dedicated Approvals & Feedback tab for review.
- Approve or Reject with Ease: Clients have the flexibility to review products either from the summary view or the detailed product view. In the summary view, they can quickly scan through the list of products, make individual approval or rejection decisions, and provide comments or feedback in the provided comment box.
- Easy Access to the Client Dashboard: Once you notify your clients about the pending product reviews, they can access their client dashboard by clicking on the provided schedule link in the email notification.
- Detailed Product Examination: Clients can also dive into the product details view, where they can review specifications and further information. From there, they can approve or reject the product with a single click and provide specific feedback in the comment box.
- Efficient Bulk Actions: To expedite the review process further, clients have the option to bulk approve or reject products. With a simple click on the “Approve All” or “Reject All” button, they can efficiently handle multiple items at once.

Enhance efficiency in your Schedules with our new multi-select feature. Seamlessly update the status of designated items, whether individually or in bulk, by choosing the ‘Client Review’ status. Eliminating unnecessary file exchanges and tedious back-and-forth as our automated email system notifies your clients for quick and convenient reviews within their Client Dashboard.

Client Approval Process
Once notified via email, clients can access their dedicated client dashboard by following the provided schedule link. Within the dashboard, they will find the schedule with a notification icon indicating products requiring their review. By clicking on the schedule, clients can explore the dedicated Approvals & Feedback tab. Here, they have the ability to review and assess the products awaiting their approval or rejection.
With intuitive options available, such as individual or bulk actions, clients can conveniently make decisions and provide specific feedback. The streamlined process enables seamless communication and fosters a productive partnership between clients and designers.

Tracking Approval Statuses and Feedback
Upon receiving notifications in their schedule, designers can access the dedicated Approvals tab, where they gain a comprehensive overview of all products submitted for review. This centralised section allows designers to monitor the status of each item and view client feedback.
By utilising the intuitive interface, designers can easily change the status of specified items, whether through individual or bulk selection. The seamless integration of automated email notifications enables designers to keep clients informed and engaged throughout the approval process. With Product Approvals, designers can streamline their workflow, ensure timely decisions, and maintain effective collaboration with clients.
